The patient, Rakesh Gupta (name changed), was admitted to CARE Hospitals, Hitec City, presenting symptoms of cervical pain and vomiting following strenuous gym activity involving hyperextension of the neck. Treatment with thrombolytic therapy resulted in complete resolution within 24 hours.
